It may be cold and nasty out there these days, but it's warm and friendly inside Venda Ravioli. Cooking demos are scheduled for every Saturday in February. Please stop in and say hello to Robert Poccia who conducts the demos between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
On February 12 Samples of Frankie’s Chocolates will be given out, and Poccia will demonstrate how to make chocolate-dipped strawberries -- just in time for Valentine's Day. Come early for this is a very popular annual event, and the strawberries sell out quickly. For more information, call 401-421-9105.
On February 19 Poccia will demonstrate how to use a dripless olive oil bottle, and customers will get to taste Pellicia olive oil.
On February 26 Samples of Poblano salsa and olive bread will be served.
