Learn about Bristol's long and complex relationship with sugar while they produce their own Sugar from Maple trees at the museum. See how northern New Englanders rendered a saleable commodity out of the woods while helping us tap trees with handmade spiles, sugar-off over open fire, and refine Maple Sugar using late eighteenth century techniques.
10 a.m.-4 p.m. $8 for Adults, $5 for seniors and children (six-twelve), children under five are free.
Museum members -- $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and children (six-twelve), children five and under are free.
